Jaycees host Casino Night

The Palatine Jaycees are hosting a Casino Night fundraiser Friday, May 19 from 7 p.m. until midnight at the American Legion Post 690, 122 W. Palatine Rd. in Palatine.

Enjoy a night of Blackjack, Texas Hold’em, High/Low Dice, and the Money Wheel. Casino Night is open to anyone 21 or older, and admission is $5. Participants must provide I.D. for entry.

The bar will be open during the event and sporting events, such as the Cubs and White Sox games, will be on television. Please come out, support the Jaycees, and maybe win it big with family and friends. Proceeds will benefit the Palatine Jaycees and the American Legion.

The Palatine Jaycees conduct programs throughout the year to serve the community, fund chapter operations, and make community donations. These projects include the Hometown Fest Fourth of July Festival, Christmas tree sales, and the Easter egg hunt, which benefit the community while raising money.

The Palatine Jaycees provides development opportunities for young people who are between the ages of 21 and 40 and want to create positive change. The chapter, one of the largest in Illinois, has provided community events and donations for 60 years.

The chapter meets the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at American Legion Post 690 on Palatine Road. For more information on the Palatine Jaycees or any chapter-sponsored events, call 847-604-0288, send a message to info@palatinejaycees.org, or visit www.palatinejaycees.org.
